A tech support company in Putrajaya is seeking individuals who can prepare documentation, resolve technical issues related to PCs and printers, and follow up with customers effectively. Candidates should have proficiency in Bahasa Melayu or English, excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel. Fresh graduates who are new to the SL1M / PROTEGE Program are encouraged to apply. This role offers an opportunity to grow in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
Create and update workflows
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Able to identify PC, Printer and hardware problems and advising on the solution
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Hardware maintenance especially PC and Printer
In depth knowledge of the network types such LAN and WAN
Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Keep record of problems and customers solution
Follow-up with customers
Reporting base on projects
Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu or English
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation and customer-facing skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Priority to fresh graduates who have not joined SL1M / PROTEGE Program before
