• Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Monitor project progress and address any potential risks or delays proactively.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and task completion.
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication channels among team members and stakeholders in Selangor.
• Support the development and improvement of project management processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout project execution.

A successful PMO (Car) should have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or project management roles, preferably in automotive or technology sectors.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• PMP or Agile certifications are an advantage.
