IT Operations Support Executive (Start ASAP)

Provide IT support via email and Bitrix, manage JIRA tickets, and assist colleagues with technical issues at 123RF.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage communication channels including IT Support Email Ticketing system and Bitrix.
• Provide technical assistance by investigating issues and taking immediate action or escalating to relevant teams.
• Test, replicate, and resolve reported issues or problems.
• Enhance and maintain existing web applications.
• Create and manage tickets in JIRA for hardware requests, reported issues, and approved customization requests to facilitate team workflows.
