Job summary

Job description

Job type: 12 month contract (renewable based on performance) | on-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business-related system IT operation and maintenance.
• Perform rapid diagnosis and resolution of critical system failures.
• Support system uptime and service continuity, including night on-call duty when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address application issues and ensure system reliability.
• Conduct performance monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with IT programming background are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in Java development, and hands‑on knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming and familiar with:
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English (verbal) and English (written).
• Strong self‑motivation, adaptability, and commitment to technical support roles.
