IT Manager (Overall Fleet Management SDN BHD)

Fully in charge of the IT infrastructure, application development, application implementation and application support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Application Team: In conducting system studies, design, development, implementation and support activities ensuring delivery of best practice solutions in alignment with company policies, strategies and IT standards.
• Lead the IT Infrastructure Team: In configuring, maintaining and supporting the organization’s infrastructure, ensuring compliance with company policies, strategies and IT standards.
• Plan, Prioritize and Monitor all the progress of special projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
• Research, Evaluate and Conduct Feasibility Studies: For any new technologies to enhance system capabilities. Develop prototypes and recommend solutions that improve productivity and end user satisfaction.
• Perform Regular Quality Checks: To ensure all coded solutions comply with internal coding and development standards.
• Ensure Data Integrity and Adequate Business Controls: Maintaining full compliance with internal and external company policies.
• Safeguard Data Security: By ensuring adequate security controls and full adherence to internal and external policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Highly skilled in SAP/PRONTO/BPCS ERP, MSSQL/MYSQL, SQL, Windows 11, MS Outlook/Symantec Endpoint/Kaspersky/McAfee.
• More than 10 years in managerial level, and managing a team.
