You will be part of a high-performance EAS Corporate Apps IT team. Corporate Apps includes Enterprise and business productivity applications used by various Agilent functions (viz. Sales, Field, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Tax, WPS, SCQ & Legal, CIM, Fusion, Ariba, Incentive comp (ICM) and FileNet etc).
Role Overview
As an IT Lead for Varicent ICM, you'll be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the Varicent ICM system, including application support, design, development, and implementation of compensation plans and related processes, while also managing IT projects, change management, and compliance.
Primary Accountabilities
- Lead Development and Implementation: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Varicent ICM solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical requirements.
- Technical Accountability: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development and support team.
- Solution Customization: Customize Varicent solutions to meet specific client needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously improve system performance and user experience.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Varicent ICM solution including end-to-end support and escalation management, vendor management, change and release management and monthly operational reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including minimum 2 years of team lead experience.
Technical Expertise
- Experience and expert knowledge of ICM including developing independent and integrated components, web reports, web forms views and data stores.
- Knowledge of Varicent API’s.
- Strong working knowledge of MS SQL to write import queries.
