Qualifications

• 5–6 years of hands-on technical experience in helpdesk support.
• Ability to provide after-hours support for urgent incidents.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Administer O365 licenses and security settings.
• Lead and support IT projects and design infrastructure.
• Handle change requests and troubleshoot system issues.
• Provide Level 2 support for escalated issues.
• Maintain UAT, Production, and DR environments.
• Keep IT documentation updated and recommend improvements.
