Job summary

A tech support company in Penang is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician. Responsibilities include installing and configuring computer systems, responding to client requests, and providing technical support remotely.   • Maintaining good customer relations.
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies.
  • Tracking and managing work records in the system.
  • Compiling job reports and updating internal systems daily.

  • Attend to customer request and troubleshoot customer issue remotely.
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English is a MUST.
