As an IT Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for providing support to experienced IT professionals and helping to implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure within the organization/clients. You will be required to undertake the following tasks:

Responsibilities

• Research and Develop Course Notes: You will be responsible for researching and developing course notes on different IT topics. This will require you to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT industry and communicate them to other staff members.
• Project Site Assignments: You will be assigned to various project sites to assist in the development, testing, and implementation of IT systems. This will involve working closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Welcome Inexperienced Staff: You will be responsible for welcoming and providing guidance to inexperienced staff members, helping them to settle in and learn the ropes of the organization's IT systems and procedures.
• Troubleshoot Technical Issues: You will be required to troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware and software problems, and provide solutions to staff members.
• Support and Maintenance: You will provide support and maintenance for existing IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring that they are functioning properly and are up-to-date.
• Documentation and Reporting: You will be responsible for documenting your work and providing regular reports to your supervison

Requirements
