IT Executive (Workplace Support & Administration)
🔎 About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Application Executive (WSA) to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of key applications used across our retail stores and online platform. This role ensures that all applications are user‑friendly, secure, and optimized for business operations.
💼 Key Responsibilities
1. Application Strategy & Architecture
- Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s application strategy for retail and online operations.
- Support the design and implementation of scalable and secure application solutions, including cloud and on-premise systems.
2. UI/UX Support & Improvements
- Contribute to UI/UX design activities to ensure applications deliver a consistent and user‑friendly experience.
- Participate in user testing, gather feedback, and recommend usability improvements.
3. Application Development & Maintenance
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of new applications and features.
- Assist in maintaining existing applications to ensure they remain stable, secure, and updated.
4. Issue Tracking, Monitoring & Bug Resolution
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and errors to reduce operational impact.
- Monitor system performance and provide early alerts for potential issues.
5. SOP Preparation & User Training
- Assist in creating clear and easy-to-understand SOPs for application users.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on using applications and following SOPs.
6. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the application development team to support project tasks and share updates.
- Contribute to a collaborative, problem‑solving, and customer‑focused team environment.
📌 Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in application support, software testing, or development (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic understanding of software development, UI/UX concepts, and cloud/on-premise systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
