This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience, focusing on managing data-related operations, overseeing software validation plans, and coordinating data collection and reporting processes. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance data operations, improve efficiency, and ensure software releases meet quality and compliance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate and implement data collection procedures, ensuring accuracy and integrity through validation and quality control measures, in collaboration with stakeholders to meet data requirements and specifications.
2. Manage the creation and distribution of reports, develop standardized templates, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to reporting deadlines.
3. Establish and enforce data governance practices, ensure compliance with data protection regulations, and monitor data usage and access to maintain data quality, security, and privacy in accordance with best practices and policies.
4. Provide project coordination support by assisting with timeline management, resource allocation, and data requirements, collaborating with project teams, supporting data-driven initiatives, and communicating updates and progress to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute software validation plans, define requirements and test cases, coordinate validation activities, and review test results to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in AI, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science or other related fields
2. Good understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques (Ms Office, advance Excel is preferred, or equivalent)
3. Strong numerical, problem-solving and logical thinking skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
