Job description

• Coordinate and implement data collection procedures, ensuring accuracy and integrity through validation and quality control measures, in collaboration with stakeholders to meet data requirements and specifications.
• Manage the creation and distribution of reports, develop standardized templates, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to reporting deadlines.
• Establish and enforce data governance practices, ensure compliance with data protection regulations, and monitor data usage and access to maintain data quality, security, and privacy in accordance with best practices and policies.
• Provide project coordination support by assisting with timeline management, resource allocation, and data requirements, collaborating with project teams, supporting data-driven initiatives, and communicating updates and progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute software validation plans, define requirements, and test cases, coordinate validation activities, and review test results to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in AI, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or other related fields
• Good understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques (Ms Office, advance in Excel is preferred, or equivalent)
• Strong numerical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
