Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the optimal functioning of hardware, software, printers, network systems, set up computer for new joiner.

Regularly inspect and maintain hardware components, arranging repairs or replacements when needed.

Monitor software installations, updates, and licenses to ensure compliance with regulations.

Implement network security measures, including firewalls to protect the network.

Manage day-to-day IT operations, promptly addressing technical issues that arise within the organization.

Continuously monitor IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and streamline operations.

Assess vendor proposals to ensure they align with the organization's IT goals and budget.

Provide hands‑on technical support to end‑users, promptly resolving hardware and software issues.

Document technical support requests, including issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Maintain organized records of IT maintenance schedules, software updates, and hardware replacements.

Develop, update, and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant IT environment.

To keep good industrial relations with all levels of personnel.

Provide ERP system support, including daily system support, user assistance, and enhancement of ERP reports according to business needs.

Perform server risk planning, including server monitoring, backup management, disaster recovery planning, and system risk assessment.

Provide general IT support, including routine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and basic hardware repair.

Requirements

Minimum Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology.

Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing plant with similar role.

Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Experience in Windows server & virtual machine environments.

Familiar in IT security practices and disaster recovery planning.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Good command of English and Mandarin is preferred.

Basic programming knowledge to support ERP system operations.
