• Responsible for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware equipment within the company to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
• Provide IT technical support for employees of the company, answer questions about hardware use, and provide corresponding solutions.
• Participate in hardware upgrade projects, evaluate the compatibility and performance of new equipment to improve work efficiency.
• Record and track all maintenance activities to ensure that information is accurately entered into the system.
• Cooperate with other team members to participate in the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure.
