This company is a new set-up foreign invested plant which is located at Senai, Johor, doing as an industrial connectors manufacturer. Besides, they also provide global supply chain which included automation, solar system, telecommunication and etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of IT systems.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
• Monitor and maintain the organization\'s network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Support data backup processes and ensure data security.
• Assist in maintaining and implementing cybersecurity protocols.
• Document IT systems, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
• Train employees on IT tools and promote adherence to IT policies.

Job Requirements
