Our parental company is situated in Australia, and we're in pathology field. It's a permanent employment that requires to serve our own Australian consumers. The position will be located at our Petaling Jaya office. Applicants are required to have experience in helpdesk and a strong IT background.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Have experience working in call center for at least 3 years minimum.

Have exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, highly organized and the ability to follow established procedures.

Be comfortable taking responsibility for timely and thorough completion of their task

Have a willingness to work within Australian Clinical Labs’ core values

Understanding of medical terminology and work experience in a related position will be well regarded

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Candidates must possess at least Diploma in any field. Degree holders are welcome to apply.

Computer, typing and keyboard skills.

Willing to work on weekends, Public Holidays and shift hours

Exceptional English Communication

Must have experience working with Australian Clients
