Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in IT infrastructure or cloud services.
• IT certifications like MCITP, MCSE, VCP, SCSP, NCDA, ITIL are advantageous.
• Understanding of Power Platform services and cloud resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents and service requests.
• Manage and configure Azure AD including roles and identities.
• Perform system hardening for O365 & Azure services based on best practices.
