Job description

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to IT systems, servers, and infrastructure.

Administer HCI or hybrid cloud environments, including servers and storage systems.

Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Domain Controllers, server and network virtualization technologies, WSFC, data centre facilities, firewalls, and related IoT technologies.

Administer system monitoring and preventive maintenance, including patch management, password and privilege management, system lifecycle and ageing management, and security hardening.

Lead and coordinate routine Windows patching, firmware upgrades, system backups and restorations, disaster recovery simulations and drills, and related activities.

Manage and support both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Provide cross-functional support in general network operations and services, as required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.

Relevant industry certification (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, VMWare, MS SQL database certification) are a plus.

Experience in Nutanix HCI, Azure Cloud, MS Entra ID, VMWare, Windows Storage, Trend Micro Endpoint Protection, VEEAM Backup, and etc.
