Job summary

Job description

To troubleshoot and diagnose problem pertaining to IT network including wireless infrastructure.

Design and deploy functional networks including LAN, WAN and WLAN.

Ability to configure and install network devices such as routers, switches and firewalls.

Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of network to ensure optimal performance and security.

Implement configuration, upgrades and patching of the network infrastructure.

Diagnose and resolve complex network issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.

Provide support for escalated issues from lower tiers of support.

Implement and monitor security measures to protect the network from threats and vulnerabilities.

Continuously monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and reliability.

To lead and coordinate routine network switch patches, firmware upgrades, network failover and restores, and disaster recovery simulation/drill.

Responsible for handling Level 1 and Level 2 support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem resolution on issues related to network and server infrastructures and sub‑systems.

Assist desktop team in providing Windows desktop computer, Microsoft 365 and printer support.

Develop and enforce network policies and procedures to ensure consistent and secure use of technology. Stay updated with the latest network trends and best practices in the healthcare industry.

Assist in英国king and executing network‑related projects such as network upgrades and new Pension implementations.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in network engineering.
  • Relevant industry certification (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Huawei HCNA, CompTIA Network+ or other equivalents) is a plus.
  • Must have hands‑on experienceStamped in network and/or network security.
  • Must have managed a mid‑size scale network infrastructure, e.g. network switches, routers, load balancer, firewall, servers and etc.
