A global business consultancy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Administrator to provide high-quality IT support across various global offices. Responsibilities include software installation, support for remote connectivity issues, and managing workstation inventories. The ideal candidate should possess strong ITIL practices and desktop support skills, along with proficiency in ticketing systems and asset management. This position offers a mix of on-site and remote work options.
Capco (The Capital Market Company Group) is a global business and technology consultancy dedicated exclusively to the financial services industry, delivering innovative solutions in banking, capital markets, wealth management, finance, risk, and compliance. Capco Global IT ensures that employees can work securely and seamlessly—whether in the office, working from home, or travelling—across three territories with a highly skilled IT infrastructure team of 37 professionals supporting nearly 9,000 employees worldwide.
Reporting to the Global IT Director, three Territory Leaders maintain operational excellence within their regions and align service levels. Each territory team includes around nine members focused on first and second line support and procurement, supported by six technical SMEs/managers overseeing core infrastructure.
Role Title: IT Administrator
This role is primarily based in the local office with additional remote support for global offices as part of our follow‑the‑sun support model. You will collaborate regularly with IT teams in the Americas, Europe, and APAC, and may need to cover shift slots (08:00–18:00 GMT) to accommodate global time zones. Travel to regional offices may be required to provide hands‑on support, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and assist with on‑site implementations.
