A leading retail company in Malaysia is looking for a customer service associate to provide excellent service and support clients in their buying journey. Responsibilities include engaging customers, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining stock records. Suitable candidates should have at least SPM qualifications, with preferable experience in retail, although fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates must be eager to learn and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
You will be given the responsibility to personalize excellent customer services and assist the customers in overall buying processes while maintaining good relationship with the customers.
