Job summary

A regional hardware company in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a responsible individual for invoicing and clerical duties. The candidate should have at least an SPM qualification, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Qualifications

  • At least SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Experience in invoicing or clerical work is an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Self-motivated and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily invoicing tasks including preparing and recording invoices.
  • Verify billing details and customer information for accuracy.
  • Assist in data entry and filing of accounting documents.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping for invoices and receipts.
  • Liaise with sales and customers regarding invoice matters.
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure timely completion of invoicing.
  • Monitor and update invoice logs for reporting.
