Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigations of allegations of fraud or misconduct.
  • Provide reports of findings and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with the management team on anti-corruption consulting.
  • Prepare reports for management and the Audit Committee.
  • Collaborate with enforcement agencies in investigations.
  • Initiate consequence management procedures.
  • Support the development of protocols for whistleblower channels.
