Job summary

The role involves maintaining accurate cost records in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and collaborating across departments to enhance financial reporting processes. This position is essential for upholding inventory valuation integrity and supports key stakeholders with financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance and update of accurate standard cost in the Company’s ERP system.
• Develop into the Company expert on the Inventory Module within the ERP system.
• Ensure that inventory reserve policies are properly adhered to.
• Enforce proper accounting policies and methods in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Respond to all audit requests regarding valuation and costing of inventory.
• Review and update standard labour and burden rates.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Manage and coordinate monthly financial analysis presentations.
• Collaborate across functional departments for reporting improvements.
• Conduct ad-hoc special projects to assist management.
