Job summary

A leading retail firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced inventory manager to oversee stock control for 2,000+ SKUs across eCommerce and retail channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in retail or FMCG inventory management, preferably within the luxury beauty sector. Responsibilities include applying FIFO practices, managing assets, and utilizing Zeoniq for reporting and inventory management. The role may require working outside normal hours for stock takes and urgent tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail or FMCG inventory management.
• Experience in luxury beauty is highly preferred.
• Physically able to perform warehouse inspections and oversee stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock control for 2,000+ SKUs across all channels.
• Conduct demand forecasting and analyze sales trends.
• Implement FIFO practices for perishable skincare products.
• Manage asset lifecycle and oversee regular maintenance.
• Utilize Zeoniq systems for inventory management.
• Support expansion initiatives for new markets.
