Job summary

A logistics company in Serendah is seeking an individual for warehousing responsibilities, including receiving and issuing raw materials, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring timely deliveries to clients. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in warehousing or a related field. Attention to detail in record-keeping and stock management is crucial for this position. This role requires good organizational skills and the ability to liaise effectively with transporters.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and issuing raw material used by production.
• Update the stock card record and ensure stock record is accurate by daily update.
• Ensure pipes serial number traceability for each delivery.
• Determine minimum stock level for raw materials as required.
• Ensure finished goods are delivered to clients as scheduled.
• Liaise with transporters for all delivery.
• Ensure delivery documents are properly recorded and filed.
• Perform monthly stock count or stock closing report.
• Must submit on time.

4. To determine minimum stock level for raw material (except steel plate) as required in raw material stock card.
5. To ensure all the finished goods are delivered to the clients as per scheduled and keep track of the stock.
6. To liaise with the transporter for all delivery.
7. Ensure every delivery document proper record and filing for future traceability.
8. Perform Monthly stock count or stock closing report submit on time.
