Connexwire Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in managing our inventory and logistics operations. As the Inventory and Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient movement and storage of our products, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory records.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and monitor inventory levels, identifying any stock shortages or surpluses.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of products to meet customer demands.
• Liaise with suppliers and transportation providers to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and generate reports as required.
• Optimize warehouse and storage space to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control systems and procedures.
• Support the logistics team in planning and executing deliveries to customers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance logistics and inventory management processes.
• Manage SST exemptions on incoming goods and prepare reports required for SST compliance.
• Engage with local suppliers and build strong relationships to seek cost and quality competitiveness.
• Engage with local freight forwarders, book export shipments and create invoices.
• Perform labelling, sorting, wrapping, packing and repacking of shipments when needed.
• Take ownership of capturing cycle counts and follow up on stock variances to maintain inventory accuracy.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in inventory management, logistics coordination and supplier relations.
• Familiarity with Accredo and/or other warehousing systems.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of supply chain principles.
