Able to produce and handle ID Scope Of Works such as Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Documentation, Contract Implementation

Responsibilities

Experience in ID Consultancy Projects involving Hotels, Sales Galleries, Developers Show Unit, F&B, Retail and Premium Residences

Experience in project coordination in terms of communicating design documents with respective suppliers and contractors

Familiar with ID joinery details

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.

Required Skill(s): AutoCad, 3dsMax (Vray), Google Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Offices (Words, Excel, Power Point)

Required candidates able to speak fluently in Mandarin as you be liaising with Mandarin speaking clientele and suppliers.
