Interior Designer
Base Salary: RM5,500 - RM6,000 (depending on work experience)
Additional Commission: RM1,000 - RM2,000 or higher
Language Requirements: English, Malay, and Mandarin is an added advantage

Working Hours: 9am-5pm (5-day work week)
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Space Design & Planning: Conduct conceptual design, floor plan layout, and visual presentation of interior spaces according to client requirements.
- Drawing Design Plans: Proficiently use CAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or other design software to create construction drawings, 3D renderings, and material lists.
- Material & Color Coordination: Select suitable building materials, furniture, lighting, and soft furnishings according to project style, and provide professional recommendations.
- Project Follow-up & Coordination: Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs; coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site supervisors to ensure design implementation according to plan.
- Cost & Budget Control: Adjust proposals according to client budget, prepare quotations and material budget sheets.
- Site Supervision: Regularly visit construction sites to inspect project progress and quality, ensuring construction meets design specifications.
- Client Presentations & Proposals: Prepare project proposals, PPT presentations, design descriptions, and participate in client meetings.
- Market & Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, building materials, technologies, and regulations to continuously enhance professional capabilities.
Personal Strengths:
- Rich practical experience in F&B and hotpot restaurant projects
- Understanding of brand positioning, capable of building standardized systems
- Strong communication and execution skills, able to ensure store opening on schedule
