Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years working experience in interior design (residential or commercial).
  • Able to prepare detailed construction and section drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Handle interior design projects from conceptual stage to final handover.
  • Conduct site visits to study space planning, measurements, and design feasibility.
  • Prepare concept proposals, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualisations.

Skills

Strong design sense in space planning, layout, materials, colour, and lighting

Job description

We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Interior Designer to join our growing design & build team. You will be involved in end to end design projects from concept development to construction coordination, working closely with sales consultants, project teams, and clients.

This role is ideal for designers who want real project exposure, hands-on execution, and long-term career growth in a fast-moving design company.

Scope of Responsibilities
  • Handle interior design projects from conceptual stage to final handover

  • Conduct site visits to study space planning, measurements, and design feasibility

  • Attend client meetings to understand lifestyle needs, design preferences, budget, and functional requirements

  • Prepare concept proposals, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualisations

  • Produce detailed construction drawings, including layout plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details

  • Coordinate closely with team member and contractors

  • Liaise with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed correctly

  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets

  • Monitor site progress and provide design clarification when required

  • Keep up-to-date with interior design trends, materials, fittings, and industry best practices

Job Description (Daily Operations)
  • Receive drawing and design tasks from direct superior

  • Update project and drawing progress

  • Work closely to support design proposals and presentations

  • Technical drawings and execution details

  • Ensure all drawings comply with client requirements and project standards

  • Complete drawings according to project deadlines

  • Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to HOD

  • Carry out any other duties assigned by Management from time to time

Skill & Experience Requirements
