A leading motorcycle retail company is seeking an Interior Designer to plan and execute innovative interior layouts for new retail branches. The ideal candidate will create showroom concepts to enhance customer experience and product display, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards. A diploma or degree in Interior Design with at least 1 year of experience is required, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Plan, design, and execute interior layouts for newly opened motorcycle retail branches, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity and visual standards.
Develop showroom concepts that enhance customer experience, product display, traffic flow, and sales engagement.
Prepare design proposals including space planning, 3D visuals, mood boards, materials selection, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project execution.
Conduct site visits, measurements, and supervise renovation or setup works to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Design and set up visual concepts for company events, roadshows, product launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Plan event layouts, booth designs, stage setup, signage, and decorative elements to create strong brand impact.
Ensure all designs comply with safety standards, operational requirements, and budget constraints.
Maintain consistency of interior design standards across all branches while allowing flexibility for different locations or event themes.
Support management with creative ideas and improvements for retail space and event presentation.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in interior, retail, or event design (fresh graduates with strong portfolio welcome).
Able to design showroom and branch interiors, as well as event, roadshow, and promotional setups.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, and Adobe software.
Good coordination skills with contractors and internal teams.
Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to travel for site visits and events.
Experience in retail/showroom design is an added advantage.
