The role involves managing project handovers, ensuring excellent client experiences, and addressing client needs promptly. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or project management preferred in interior design/construction.
• Excellent communicator with strong English and Mandarin skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to address issues promptly.
• Possesses own transport.

Responsibilities

• Handle project handovers for residential design and renovation.
• Ensure client handovers are professionally conducted.
• Prepare and check handover kits for clients.
• Record defects identified during handover and arrange for repairs.
• Liaise with clients regarding defect rectification.
