We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Interface Support Specialist to join our global IT HR team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of HR systems and integrations, addressing interface‑related issues, and collaborating across teams to optimize system performance globally. As part of the IT HR team, you will play a key role in managing support tickets, troubleshooting system connectivity challenges, and enhancing data flows between HR platforms. Your Role

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR system interfaces, data flows, and integrations
• Monitor interface activity to ensure system connectivity and proactively address performance issues
• Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets in accordance with service‑level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with global IT teams, HR stakeholders, and vendors to investigate and resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users to ensure optimal use of HR system functionalities

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field with equivalent work experience
• Have experience in system integrations and resolving interface‑related issues
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT operations
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
• Basic understanding of file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP), APIs, or data flow processes
• Experience with basic scripting is a plus
• Prior experience supporting HR systems or global IT environments (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is a strong advantage

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
