The Integration Support role is responsible for helping our customers deliver cutting‑edge software of the highest quality to our clients. You will thrive on the technical challenge and take pride in the quality of the work that you deliver.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and gain experience in REST API's and manual testing within the telecommunications industry.

The role

You will be working on a variety of day‑to‑day tasks; particularly supporting customers integrate their applications with our APIs and testing that these applications adhere to company standards. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provision of support during integration

  • Strong problem solving and logic skills
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with mobile phone technology
  • Experience or exposure to APIs (Our focus is primarily on REST APIs)
