Job description

Our client is a well-known global retailer with a strong and recognizable retail footprint. The Integrated Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain planning process, from demand forecasting through to logistics execution. This role ensures alignment across merchandising, promotions, and operational strategies. The manager leads cross-functional teams and external partnerships, driving continuous improvement and leveraging digital innovations in a dynamic retail environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies that integrate demand forecasting, S&OP, and forecast alignment.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, finance, and store operations teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and operational alignment.
  • Oversee order fulfillment and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer needs.
  • Build and manage strategic vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to maintain supply chain resilience.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive ongoing process improvement and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Expertise in integrated demand and supply planning
  • Strong background in operational execution and inventory management
  • Experience in vendor management, risk mitigation, and performance improvement
  • Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management systems
  • Skilled in data analytics and forecasting tools
