Position Overview

TopNotch HR Consulting Firm – Kuala Selangor, Selangor

Support distribution of insurance products by working closely with insurance partners and stakeholders across different functions in the organization.

Use data analytics to support operational processes and identify operational issues/pain points.

Business process improvement/optimization to increase efficiency and achieve cost savings.

Work with payment, finance and FP&A teams to support the end-to-end financial operations of our insurance business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business or IT)
• Knowledge of Financial Services products and operations (Minimal 2-3 years of work experiences)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Proficiency in English, and preferably, in 1 other Asian language
• Malaysian citizenship or the right to work in Malaysia
