SZY Consultants Sdn Bhd is an established engineering consultancy firm located in Kuantan Pahang with nearly 30 years of experience.

About the role

We are currently seeking 3 nos of Inspector of Work (C&S) to join our team for supervision work in several sites in Pahang namely in Tg Gahai Lipis and Kg Petola Lipis.

Job Descriptions

• Supervise and inspect all civil and structural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Check that the materials used meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Report any discrepancies or non-conformance to the Resident Engineer or Project Manager.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Maintain proper site records, including site instructions, test results, inspection logs, and photographic records.
• Ensure that all work is carried out safely and complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Attend site meetings and inspections with the project team and stakeholders.
• Monitor the progress of work to ensure it aligns with the construction schedule.

Applicants must be willing to work at the project site located in Tanjung Gahai, Kuala Lipis, Pahang (coordinates: 4°15'53.2"N 101°50'22.3"E), Kg Petola, Kuala Lipis, Pahang (coordinates: 4°25'04.1"N 102°03'57.2"E).

Must be able to work in Lipis sites in Pahang.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in infrastructure or building projects. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of civil & structural works, drawings, and construction practices.
