Inside Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales team by managing sales processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless execution of orders. This role involves working closely with sales representatives, customers, and internal teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Support the inside sales team with order processing, pricing approvals, and deal execution.
  • Manage CRM systems (D365), ensuring data accuracy and reporting insights for sales performance.
  • Coordinate with finance, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve order‑related issues.
  • Streamline sales workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota tracking.
  • Act as a liaison between inside sales and other business functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, BI, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (D365 preferred), Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Qlik.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
