Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Instructional Design or a related field, solid experience in e-learning development, and familiarity with the ADDIE Model. Key responsibilities include designing courses, writing multimedia scripts, and providing faculty support. Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360 and MOODLE is essential. The role requires managing multiple projects while ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is required.
• Experience as a tutor or lecturer in a Higher Education Institution (HEI) and in e-learning development.
• Solid knowledge of the ADDIE Model Framework, teaching pedagogy, and learning theories.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly MOODLE.
• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Canva, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.
• Competence in formative and summative assessment design, as well as curriculum planning and mapping.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop effective, interactive, and engaging courses that align with institutional standards.
• Write scripts and storyboards incorporating multimedia elements to support learning.
• Manage multiple course development projects while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Provide training and support to faculty adopting instructional design best practices.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to enhance course delivery.
