Job description

This company is a distributor of plastic injection machines and automation solutions. The company focuses on providing innovative manufacturing technologies to enhance production efficiency for its clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up moulds and adjust machine parameters to meet specifications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues during trial runs or mass production caused by technical settings.
• Improve injection molding production quality, cycle time, and efficiency through process parameters.
• Provide technical direction and support to meet yield and output targets.
• Ensure smooth operation of injection molding machines to meet production schedules, quality, and delivery.
• Check parts quality against sample standards.
• Set up and schedule timely mould tests.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of moulds and production equipment.
• Provide engineering support for product, process, test engineering, and assigned projects/products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve injection molding and auxiliary issues.
• Address machine or robotic issues during mass production.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required. A company-provided vehicle (Toyota Hilux) will be provided, along with reimbursement for mileage and parking.
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm; alternate Saturdays, 9.00am to 1.00pm.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
• Location: Willingness to work in Puchong, Selangor.
