Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a recognised institution.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant infrastructure design experience (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
• Familiar with Malaysian local guidelines and authorities (JKR, MSMA, SPAN, and other regulatory standards).
• Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, and relevant engineering analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, proactive, committed, and willing to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, design, and review civil infrastructure works including road & drainage systems, water supply, sewerage systems, earthworks, platform levels, and utilities.
• Produce engineering design calculations, technical reports, drawings, and authority submission documents.
• Ensure all designs and works comply with local authority requirements, JKR standards, MSMA, SPAN, and other relevant engineering guidelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, consultants, authorities, and contractors throughout project stages.
• Assist in resolving design and construction‑related issues during project execution.
• Review and evaluate contractors’ shop drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and site queries.
• Attend site meetings, monitor project progress, and prepare follow‑up reports when required.
• Support tender preparation including costing, documentation, and technical evaluation.
