Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Influencer Specialist (Regional) to lead influencer partnership efforts and drive high-quality UGC content. This role will serve as the primary liaison between our brand, influencers, and external agencies, while identifying opportunities to scale creator‑driven marketing in global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for influencers, creators, and partner agencies.
  • Source, evaluate, and recruit relevant influencers/creators from the identified market for UGC and campaign collaborations.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Manage end‑to‑end UGC content creation, including briefing, revisions, approvals, and ensuring content quality.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams (paid, social, brand) to ensure influencer content supports campaign needs.
  • Track performance metrics, create reports, and provide insights to optimize influencer strategy.
  • Maintain and expand the influencer database and build long‑term creator relationships.
  • Stay updated on local social media and influencer trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, compliance, and platform policies.
