Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, preferably across multiple lifestyle or consumer brands.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu) and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using tracking tools and analysing campaign metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable KOLs and/or KOCs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu).
  • Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Plan campaign timelines and develop creative briefs in collaboration with the content and brand teams.
  • Track campaign performance using key metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers.
