Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in airline catering operations, inflight services, or aviation-related system management.
• Experience with operational systems (e.g., ICOS, ERP, or similar) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training on In-Flight Operations Systems and maintain documentation.
• Ensure the system runs smoothly according to agreed SLA and communicate with stakeholders.
• Record, track, and resolve all system issues, updates, and upgrades.
