Job description

Responsibilities

• 3. Coordinate products problem to P.E / line gemba.
• 4. Station layout and line balancing.
• 5. Conduct engineering pilot run.
• 7. Develop and layout assembly.
• 8. Mainline product costing
• 9. Ensure all DDC products line supports meet MMSB, quality & cost
• 10. Attend FMEA for new toy development.
• 11.Special project for DADS downtime and improvements.
• 12.Standard hours reductions.
• 13.Review and propose design change to move category D to non-D category
• 14.Review DADS machine limitation to run all type product category.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Industrial Engineer, with a strong track record in standards maintenance, layout design, productivity improvement, and metric maintenance, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement techniques is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & PowerBI (or similar)
