Own key process‑optimization initiatives across production, quality, and supply chain operations.

Work closely with manufacturing teams, cross‑functional engineers, and operations leaders to streamline workflows and reduce waste.

Responsible for analyzing data, improving systems, and implementing lean methodologies.

Have continuous‑improvement mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, and comfort with technical tools are essential to thrive.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Conducting time studies, capacity studies, and workflow analysis on the production floor.
• Familiarity with quality‑certified environments (e.g., ISO9001, 5S, 8D, Lean Six Sigma methodologies).

Soft Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD ERP system and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Python).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
