Job summary

An international automation firm based in Melaka is seeking a Sales Professional with a strong background in customer service and industrial automation. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, exceptional communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Responsibilities include proposing solutions to clients, managing after-sales activities, and strengthening account relationships in the ASIA market. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial automation products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Proposes upgrade/service modules/solutions to clients.
  • Carries out after-sales activities according to a business plan.
  • Receives and makes after sales calls for guarantee or warranty.
  • Strengthens relationships with existing and develops new accounts.
  • Completes and submits expense forecasts and sales reports.
  • Follows corporate culture positively.
