About the Role

We are looking for Indoor Sales Coordinators to join our team. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our outdoor sales team, our customers, and our production floor to ensure smooth delivery of our steel products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Act as the primary point of contact for outdoor sales personnel and internal departments.
  • Customer Service: Handle incoming calls regarding product inquiries, pricing, and order status.
  • Order Processing: Execute sales orders accurately and coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer timelines.
  • Production Link: Prepare bar bending schedules and issue official work orders to the production team.
  • Documentation: Assist in administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy. Experience with Navision System is a significant advantage.
