Job description

Develop in-depth knowledge of products, technical specifications, and processes to generate accurate quotations and respond to customer inquiries via walk-ins.

Identify new market trends, insights, and channels by researching prospects, analyzing industry positions, and supporting marketing campaign planning.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely supply of marketing samples to the sales & marketing team and showroom.

Recommend product or process improvements by staying updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor developments.

Coordinate and attend company activities related to business and customer development, including client visits, meetings, seminars, trade exhibitions, and conferences (attendance at Annual Archidex Exhibition is compulsory).

Maintain accurate CRM data and other relevant databases, ensuring timely updates of reports, analyses, and presentation summaries.

Comply with ISO policies and procedures and maintain a professional appearance.

Manage ad hoc tasks assigned by management as required.
