A resource management company located in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage and process customer orders. The successful candidate will coordinate deliveries, maintain essential documentation, respond to customer complaints, and provide after-sales support. A high school diploma is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills. This position is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient sales operations.
Coordinating and processing sales orders from customers
Follow up and manage sand and gravel delivery to customers.
To update & maintain documents of quotation, delivery order, and purchase order for sand and quarry.
Ensure Handling of Customer Complaints & Customer Satisfaction Surveys handle effectively.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Assist with administrative tasks related to sales coordination
Monitoring lorry driver and order.
Order arrangement
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
